TRA operates as part of the F&I Insure Group of Companies and underwrites a range of Commercial and Residential risks on behalf of Infiniti Insurance Company.

We specialise in both Commercial and Residential thatch insurance and have expanded our offering to include standard construction risks across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.

Thatch and Standard Construction

Our Houseowners and Householders cover is provided on an All Risks basis, with Accidental Damage included up to the full sum insured.

We offer clients the convenience of one policy covering their entire personal portfolio, including Buildings, Contents, All Risks, Personal Liability, Motor, and Smallcraft. A combination of Thatch and Standard construction risks can be insured under the same policy.

Motor Fleets

Our motor fleet policy is designed for commercial fleets whereby the fleet is predominantly private type cars, light delivery vehicles and commercial vehicles. We indemnify on a retail value basis. Our covers provide comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party only. Roadside assistance is also available to all our motor fleet clients.

Sectional Title

Our comprehensive policy is designed to meet the needs and protect the interests of Body Corporates (Trustees and Unit Owners).

Guesthouses

The Guesthouse product can be either a standalone policy or a combination of guesthouse and personal insurance policies. The policy provides insurance solutions for the protection of assets and potential liabilities of guesthouses.

Hospitality

The Hospitality policy offers insurance solutions for the protection of assets and potential liabilities of hospitality, tourism and game farm establishments and provides safeguards and benefits to tourists and guests.
